Ready to get started? Browse our live timetable to find a class that suits you and book your session online. From Reformer and Mat Pilates to Yoga and special events, you can find all our current availability through our booking system.
New to Dart Pilates?
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our Foundation Reformer Class, which introduces the fundamentals of Pilates and familiarises you with the Reformer equipment.
If you can't make a Foundation class, Gentle Reformer is a great alternative. If you're currently working through an injury, we strongly recommend booking a 1:1 session, where your teacher can provide more individual guidance.
Before your first class, please arrive at least 15 minutes early, complete the pre-exercise questionnaire and let your teacher know about any injuries, medical conditions or anything else that may affect your workout.
Ready when you are
Our live timetable and payments are managed through our booking partner. You can manage, move or cancel your classes through the booking system up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a class may result in the full class fee being charged or a credit being deducted from your package.
